Toy Satellite is a producer of computer mediated artworks for public space and Internet, performances and installations. It initiates research projects and is commissioned to participate in festivals, conferences and collaborative artworks throughout Asia and Central Europe.

On 11 July 2002, Toy Satellite launched TS Wireless, a prototype wireless streaming network in the Remy Lane/Queens Parade Precinct, Fitzroy North, Melbourne, Australia. It provided royalty free ambient music, 24 hours a day, for a period of six months.

Toy Satellite's current wireless project is the proposed 802.11 community (mesh) network for Smith and Gertrude Streets, Fitzroy, Melbourne, Australia.
